'60s Formula 1 Racer: Character Design

Character design project for Charles Lin's Brainstorm Entertainment 1 class. I love the open face helmets, goggles, and simple fireproof suits worn by racecar drivers in the late '60s, so this was a lot of fun to research and execute. After exploring shapes with two-tone thumbnails, I used a screenshot of a figure from Daz as an underlay for the final line drawing.
